Workshops in Buckley, Bonney Lake aim to assist job hunters

People will learn valuable tools and techniques to search for jobs during free workshops at the Buckley and Bonney Lake libraries.

Participants will devise strategies for making their skills irresistible to employers and learn how to create employment opportunities in a difficult economy.

Class instructor Susanne Boone’s extensive portfolio of experience includes working as a job developer for WorkForce Central and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, serving as a labor market analyst with the Employment Security Department and working as a career counselor for Clover Park Technical College.

The session at the Buckley library, 123 S. River Ave., is planned for 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. March 21.

The session at the Bonney Lake library, 18501 90th St. E., runs from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. March 16.
