Enumclaw’s Fugate Ford was among a group of 355 Ford and Lincoln dealerships nationwide to be recognized with the 2010 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company. The award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2010, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
“Customer service is the top priority for all of our staff, ” co-owner Keith Fugate said.
“We are very proud that our focus on serving our customers and our community well have led to this award,” added co-owner Gregg Fugate.
Fugate Ford was the only dealership to receive the award in a zone that stretches from Enumclaw to Alaska.
The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.
Fugate Ford, founded by the late Jim Fugate, has been in Enumclaw for more than four decades.
