Enumclaw’s Sears store will host a “grand reopening” this week to celebrate a change in ownership.

John and Kristin Faust have taken the reins of the retail and will mark the occasion July 11 and 12.

Sears represents a new chapter for John Faust, who retired from the Army in December 2013 after serving 20-plus years.

The local outlet, at 1005 Stevenson Ave., is a “Sears Hometown Store,” which provides products and services in home appliances, lawn and garden, fitness, tools and household goods to customers in smaller communities.
