Moll joins chamber staff, will help with marketing
The Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce is growing!
In this economy, it is our job and our priority to help our members in every way possible. Recent membership surveys showed us a priority was marketing and advertising. In addition, business consultants have told us that continued promotion is important for our businesses to survive during this market.
The chamber board of directors and staff listened to these issues, heard the concerns and as a result brought on Pegi Moll as a new addition to the chamber staff. Pegi is our new membership and marketing representative. She comes to us from Valley Cities Counseling as their special events manager and has extensive experience and invaluable knowledge in working with multiple chambers in the Puget Sound region. She will focus on membership benefits and additional growth, marketing, communication and much more. Whether you are currently a member enjoying the multitude of benefits offered by the chamber, or not yet part of the leading business advocate in the community, but interested in what the chamber can do for your business, please contact Pegi at 360-825-7666 or email@example.com for assistance.
The chamber also welcomed City Councilwoman Liz Reynolds as our new liaison last month, for the purpose of communication and coordination between council and the chamber. The parameters of this position, determined by the board, are to have a representative attending all board meetings and advising, informing and requesting action/input as necessary to ensure support and cohesion with activities or projects between the city and the chamber.
Welcome to Liz, and we look forward to a continued healthy working relationship with council and the city.
We also added two new board members to represent the membership and business community. Darami Coulter with The Printers Inc. and Michelle Apodaca with Living Court Assisted Living bring extensive business knowledge and chamber support with them.
As always, if you have any questions or ideas, feel free to contact the staff or board members. We’re here to help – www.enumclawchamber.com.
