The new organization aims to enhance the area by promoting the positive link between residents and businesses.

The meeting is planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Enumclaw City Hall, 1339 Griffin Ave. Bob Green will be the featured speaker.
