Madeline Spoon earns Presidential Scholarship from Eastern Washington University

Madeline Spoon has been awarded a Presidential Scholarship for $2,500 for the 2012-2013 academic year at Eastern Washington University. This award is given to incoming students with a cumulative high school grade-point average of 3.8 or better or an SAT score of at least 1250.

Spoon will in June from White River High School, where she is the captain of the fastpitch team and a member of the National Honor Society.

She is the daughter of Steve and Carla Spoon of Buckley.
