Black Diamond Library plant sale is May 5.

The 46th annual Black Diamond Library plant sale is planned for 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 5.

The event will take place at the Black Diamond Community Center, 31605 Third Ave. in Black Diamond.

Friends of the Black Diamond Library will be selling native plants, garden books and  garden items.

Proceeds from the event support the library’s children and youth programs.
