Karlina Jo Litras and Ryan Clark Avery have announced their plans for a June 9 wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Sharon Litras and John Litras, both of western Washington. The Ravensdale resident is a recent graduate of Pima Medical Institute.

The groom-elect is the son of Denise Williams and Steve Avery. He graduated from Enumclaw High School in 2008 and now serves in the U.S. Marine Corps, stationed in San Diego.

The couple will be married in Ravensdale during a ceremony officiated by John Morris.
