Today’s New Information:


Spring Sports Registration: This is the last week to register before your sport begins on Monday, February 25!  Don’t miss the first practice! Get your registration in now!  The Athletic Office will be closed on Monday, February 25 to finish processing forms.


It's time to apply for membership in the National Honor Society.  Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 and no serious disciplinary history are welcome to apply.  Please see Mrs. Ross in room 211 or Mrs. Sandfer in room 408 for an application. Completed applications are due back to either teacher by March 1st.


The Robotics Club will not be having a meeting this week.  The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 26.


Buzzy’s Drink Winners of the week are Selena Smith & Natasha Sharick.


The girls’ water polo team will have their pre-season meeting in the Commons after school on Monday, February 11.  Any girls interested in joining should attend.  Come be a part of a program that has competed at the State Championships for the past seven years straight, and

finished 24-2 last year.


Attention All Fastpitch Players:  There will be a PRE-SEASON MEETING on Thursday, February 14 @ 2:40 in the Commons.  Everyone interested needs to attend.  OPEN GYM is still happening on Tuesday's from 7-9 @ TMMS (please note:  No Open Gym on Feb. 19 during Mid-Winter Break)


Make your sweetie’s day, order Valentine’s flowers today! Valentine’s Day is coming up and the Hornet Floral Shop is taking your orders now! We have several options for you to choose from and offer free cards and delivery to class on Valentine’s Day! Surprise them on February 14th! Stop by the Ag Building, 810 and order today! We will be taking orders until February 12th and have limited products, so get yours today!


The Hive is now offering a special! Now through February 14th buy an Arizona, Cup Noodles or Candy and receive one raffle ticket to be put in a drawing. Every Friday two names will be drawn and the winners will receive a FREE slice of pizza and an Arizona of their choice. Winners will be announced every Monday. Come into The Hive for your chance to win!

Congrats to the winners if the Hive’s Customer Appreciation week.



Information in Review:


Spring Sports Registration begins NOW.  All spring sports athletes please begin registering for spring sports now.  As for winter sports season our spring sports season begins the day we come back from break.  Please be registered before then!!  Sports available are baseball, fastpitch, judo, men’s soccer, girl’s tennis, track, girls water polo.  Stop in the Athletics Office if you have questions.


Hey fall & spring athletes:  If you need a spring season warm up - there will be Open Gym every Tuesday  from 7-9pm @ Thunder Mountain.  If you have any questions, please contact Anna DeGroot. (note the time change – now 7:00PM-9-00PM)

Native American /Alaskan Native Club meets monthly with no fees to participate. The group will learn leadership skills and participate in cultural events. If you have questions please see Cathy in the Counseling Center.


“ALL” EHS Students!!!!  The Enumclaw HS (EHS) Running Club has begun! If you are interested in joining, meet in front of the weight room at 2:55PM Monday through Thursday and Fridays at 1:45PM. This club will go through the rest of the school year. This free club is open to anyone interested and is Open to all abilities.  If you have questions Talk to Coach Stussy or Coach Trevor.


Spanish Club is a group that celebrates Hispanic and Latino culture and practices the use of the Spanish language.  The club is organized and ran by student leaders in the University of Washington Spanish class.  Spanish club meets once a month in Profa. Stewart's room 141 from 2:45-3:45.  Each month we learn and celebrate a topic related to Hispanic and/or Latino Heritage.  This is great place to meet friends, earn culture credit points, and have a good time.  Membership dues are $5.00 per semester.   2012/2013 dates: 2/14, 3/14, 4/11, and 5/9.


Weight Club days and times for the winter season are now Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:45-4:00.  Join today! Please pay the cashier $10.00 along with a signed weight club form.  Please see Coach Gunderson with any questions or Coach Murrell (Stussy)

YoungLife is on Monday nights at 7:37PM in Senior Locker Bay.  All students are welcome.


The Rainier Plateau Rugby Club is seeking both boys and girls for their teams. The season is just starting and will end in early May. No experience or knowledge of playing rugby is necessary and there are no tryouts or cuts. The teams practices on Monday and Wednesday nights 6pm - 8pm at Sumner, Bonney Lake and occasionally Auburn High Schools. To find about more on

Attention seniors:  Fast approaching is graduation and the all night grad party that immediately follows.  More than half the available seats have been sold!  Pick up your informational packet in either the main office or the activities office.  Organizers of the event will be at both lunches on Wednesday the 13th and Thursday the 14th to answer questions and accept payments.  Don’t delay signing up and missing out on this fun event!
