For those who are tired of hearing the fear, doom and gloom that’s been filling the airwaves, Mount Rainier Christian Center has the answer.
The Enumclaw church, located at the corner of Griffin Avenue and 244th Avenue Southeast, will host “Town Hall for Hope: The Economy, Your Money, Real Answers” with Dave Ramsey at 5 and 7 p.m. April 23.
The event is a free Webcast intended to provide participants an opportunity to sit down with people in the Enumclaw community for a nationwide town hall meeting led by Ramsey. Ramsey will offer straight talk about the economy, recession, foreclosures and more.
Mount Rainier Christian Center Executive Pastor Steve Mohr said the numbers of church members and non-church members his group is providing with financial counseling have been growing and providing a venue for this program is a way to help those looking for help and answers.
“We just know there’s a ton of people out there looking for this information,” Mohr said.
