Food Drive Fun

Elk Ridge Elementary School student Kai  McKorkle is all smiles as he prepares to hit Principal Christi Ellenwood with a pie during a recent assembly. His deed was a school reward for raising plenty of food for the Buckley Food Bank during January. Also part of the fun was teacher Michelle Simonson’s portrayal of a chick and her rendition of the chicken dance for  students.
