Students give recital

Enumclaw Music hosted its annual recital June 24 at the Enumclaw Church of the Nazarene.

Violin students of Ruth Dirks participating were Timothy Chen, Emily Wolfe and Brooke Steele.

Drum teacher Scott Goodwin presented Zach Lewis, Blake McFayden and Nolan Carthum playing snare drum solos.

John Groves’ trombone student Courtney Kinniburgh participated, and Keelan Wells represented cello teacher Annette Kruzic.

Voice students of Elizabeth Scott who performed were Nicolas Peterson, Dakotah Maxwell and Sadie Wentz.

Three piano students of Barb Shane played duets and solos. They were Sammy Graham, Matt Leavens and Jessica Gibson.

Krishawn Woodbury was the guest artist playing two pieces on the cello. Krishawn was graduated from Auburn Adventist Academy in June and is a former student of Kruzic.
