The city of Enumclaw’s 2009 regranting applications are available for local arts groups and artists at the Enumclaw Expo Center, 45224 284th Ave. S.E.

The regranting program’s purpose is to encourage the stability, artistic growth and development of local arts groups and individual artists who provide programs or services to Plateau residents. Examples of grants supported in the past include tuition fees for individual artists, money to support performances for the community and piano lessons for a local youth center.

The application date is April 24. Projects must begin after April 30 and be completed by Nov. 2.

For more information or to receive an application, call the city of Enumclaw at 360-802-0239 or e-mail garylaturner@ci.enumclaw.wa.us.
