Oh, this is rich! Prototype soy-boy totalitarian Bobby Ferguson, allegedly the Attorney General for the state of Washington but really the next socialist governor in waiting (raising funds while in the AG’s office) under the command of his religiously climate deluded Governor Jay Inslee, has written a long dunning letter to the Sheriffs of Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Klickitat counties and the police chief of Republic, who have gone on record stating they will not enforce unconstitutional gun laws.
Bobby ignores that they (Sheriffs) are co-equal constitutionally elected officers, lecturing them about their “duty” to enforce the newly passed gun control laws (I-1639 for a start). Bobby forgets that the Sheriffs’ oath of office is to the Constitutions of the US and Washington (including sections in both that states the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed) which they take seriously, unlike our owners in Olympia. He lectures them on the importance of enforcing the law passed by “the people;” you know the one passed in only three leftist counties in WA with the collusion of the Marxist Seattle media, corrupt State Supreme Court of Seattle and paid for by a dead Seattle Billionaire.
He lectures them that their constitutional stance will subject them to terrible consequences (by him) if something goes bad. This same raving hypocrite proudly spouts spittle fleck rants about how proud he is to thwart federal and State immigration laws, has given directives not to enforce narcotics or immigrations laws and will defend to the death the right of Seattle to be an illegal “sanctuary city,” is violently opposed to voter ID and supports Planned Parenthood and abortion, nationally filing “friend” of the court attacking abortion regulations in Texas. Could have sworn he was the AG of Washington, silly me.
Does that mean, Bobby, that when the next illegal alien who has been deported multiple times crashes a car while DUI and kills another family or MS-13 kills an a citizen, robs and shoots an innocent we can haul your sorry behind to jail? As has been noted by Supreme Court Justice Thomas at the continuous termite burrowing actions of Democrat/leftist/Progressive/Marxist (but I repeat myself) politicians, the Second Amendment is now “sorta-maybe” constitutional right. The First is under the same deadly assault by the same group and the Forth under the New Green Deal cannot be far behind. How does this all end? I envision a Nuremberg II and enemies of the United States and Its Constitution are not going to like it.
