Thank you, EHS students, for honoring local vets

It wasn’t even for a holiday, but they sure made it a special occasion.

I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful dinner served by the members of the leadership class at Enumclaw High School. These students went above and beyond in organizing, preparing and serving a delicious meal to veterans and their families here in Enumclaw.

It was not Veterans Day or Memorial Day, they just wanted to recognize and honor veterans who gave so much for their country.

My sincere thanks to these impressive students.
