I would like to thank the Courier Herald for running the “Count the Shamrocks” and the “Count the Easter Eggs” contests in their paper. I was one of the lucky winners.

And I would also like to thank Olsens Meats for supplying the corned beef and ham for the winners. I have never had such good corned beef and the ham was amazing.
