A new session of Hatha Yoga at the Frontier Park Lodge, 21800 Meridian S in Graham starts Tuesday, Feb 17 & Thursday, Feb 19.  The 6 week program runs from 6:30-7:45pm for a fee of $54 for one night per week or $108 for 2 nights per week.  All levels are welcome.  To pre-register call 253-841-6812 or on line at www.piercecountywa.org/parks

 

Iyengar Yoga – For the Less Flexible or 50+

A new 6 week session of this special yoga class begins on Wed., Feb 18 at 10:00am at the Frontier Park Lodge, 21800 Meridian S in Graham.  The six week session is designed to improve strength and balance through modified poses for each individual.  The fee is $75 for the session with an additional cost for yoga items such as blankets.  To pre-register or for more information call 253-841-6812 or www.piercecountywa.org/parks
