Grandchildren and their grandparents will enjoy a tea party together during a free event at University Place Pierce County Library, 3609 Market Place W., Suite 100, on Thursday, Aug. 23, at 3 p.m.

Participants will drink tea and create treasured memories. Grandparents may bring a tea set to share with their grandchildren. Grandchildren may bring a stuffed animal to share with their grandparent.
