A 2-year-old boy drowned in the Green River Friday afternoon.
Rescue crews scrambled to a fast-moving section of the Greenwater River Friday afternoon after hearing of a toddler who had been swept away.
According to early reports, the boy was with his family at a popular camping spot. Initial reports had crews responding to an area near the Forest Service Road 7030.
Various rescue teams were responding to the area, although poor weather was keeping aerial teams grounded.
