An annual 5k run/walk, offered as part of the Enumclaw Street Fair, is planned for July 23.

The event covers a 3.1-mile course that begins and ends at the corner of Railroad Street and Myrtle Avenue, near the Enumclaw Library.

Packet pick-up begins at 7:30 a.m. and the race will begin at 9. Participants will travel north on Railroad, turn right on Battersby Avenue, go around Ellenson Park and then loop back into downtown.

On-line registration can be found at www.enumclawstreetfair.com.

The cost for those registering through July 15 is $30 for adults and $20 for those 12 and younger, or a family pass at $65. Registration also will be taken the morning of the event.
