Puget Sound Energy has restored power to approximately 4,300 customers effected by a morning outage today, Wednesday, in the Enumclaw area.

The power went out around 8:30 a.m., disrupting service to Enumclaw homes, businesses, traffic signals and schools. Puget Sound Energy representatives said the power was restored to all customers by 10:15 a.m.

The cause of the outage was a small animal that came in contact with equipment at the Enumclaw substation.
