Accused pastor enters not-guilty plea during Thursday arraignment

Malcolm Fraser, the Enumclaw pastor charged with first-degree rape of a child, is awaiting arrignment Thursday morning.

Fraser, who serves Sound Doctrine Church, is accused of sexual misconduct with a preteen girl. The alleged crimes were said to have happened seven years ago.

Fraser is sitting in the second row of Courtroom GA at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent.

UPDATE: A not guilty plea has been entered and Fraser has been ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.

UPDATE: Fraser is being represented by Seattle attorney Ann Carey. She declined to offer a comment following Thursday morning's arraignment.
