The young people prepared and showed their hogs, steers and sheep April 19-21, with the auction on April 22, all at the Spring Fair in Puyallup. Sale proceeds are given to the FFA and 4-H participants.

A final total of 22 lambs were auctioned, at an average rate of $5.52 per pound. The FFA Grand Champion lamb, owned by Rebecca Blake of Enumclaw, was purchased by DMI Drilling of Sumner.

The results of the Junior Heifer Show, also operated during the Spring Fair, produced a local winner.

During the Hereford Show, Sky Senyohl of Enumclaw was named Champion Intermediate Showman.
