Body discovered in burned out car | Mountain View Fire and Rescue-Black Diamond Fire Department

Shortly after 4 a.m. Mountain View Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a car fire in the area of SE 328th St. and SE Auburn-Black Diamond Road.

When the fire department arrived the car was fully engulfed in flames.

King County Sheriff’s Office Fire Investigators were called and as they were conducting their investigation they discovered the burned remains of a body in the trunk of the car.

King County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes is on scene investigating.
