King County receives about 150,000 ballots today

King County has updated primary election results, reflecting about 262,000 ballots counted. To view updated election results, visit your.kingcounty.gov/elections/2012aug-primary/results.aspx. King County will post updated results on most weekdays by 4:30 p.m. until the primary election is certified on Aug. 21.

King County Elections has received a total of about 435,000 ballots to date. Of those, more than 64,000 were returned to ballot drop boxes.

The first set of results for Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) will be available on the Elections web site by 5 p.m. Thursday, and will be updated on Tuesdays and Thursdays until election certified.

Ballot processing will continue until election certification.
