Goldmark announces new members of executive team | Washington State Department of Natural Resources

Commissioner of Public Lands Peter Goldmark today announced new appointments to his executive team managing operations of the state Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

Kyle Blum was appointed Deputy Supervisor for State Uplands. He was previously Special Assistant to the Commissioner of Public Lands.

Aaron Everett was appointed Deputy Supervisor for Forest Practices and Federal Relations. He also will continue to serve as Washington State Forester, a position he has held since December 2010.

“Kyle and Aaron enter their new positions with an excellent appreciation of DNR’s mission and responsibilities, and with outstanding records of accomplishment,” Goldmark said. “These appointments will prepare us for continued success in the months and years to come for the people of Washington and the trust lands DNR manages for them,” Goldmark said.
