Taking the 'Plunge Against Domestic Violence' into a very chilly Lake Tapps

Braving rain and chilly temperatures, a gathering of folks took the "Plunge Against Domestic Violence" Saturday, Oct. 27.
It was the third annual fundraising and community education event organized by Exodus Housing.
