Woman killed in hit and run near North Bend | King County Sheriff's Office

A woman in her 50’s was struck and killed in a hit and run accident early this morning near North Bend and police need help locating the suspect vehicle.

The incident started around 3 a.m. when a group was driving just east of the Snoqualmie Casino after a night out.  An argument ensued and the driver and a woman passenger got out of the car and walked in different directions on 394 Pl SE north of North Bend Way.

The driver eventually walked back to the car and the group drove around looking for the woman.  A short time later they found the woman in a ditch near the 10200 block of 394 PL SE. She had been struck and killed by a vehicle.

Detectives said debris left at the scene by the suspect vehicle, including a left front headlight, is consistent with a full size pickup truck.  Detectives believe there will be significant damage to the left front of the truck.
