COMMITTED: At 3:12 a.m. Jan. 27, an intoxicated man was reportedly walking into traffic on state Route 164 in the vicinity of 244th Avenue Southeast. RAPE INVESTIGATION: An officer made contact the evening of Jan. 27 with a victim and parent concerning an alleged assault. A report was taken and forwarded for investigation.
