THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF WESTERN WASHINGTON...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  COUNTIES... GRAYS HARBOR...CLALLAM...JEFFERSON...SKAGIT...
  WHATCOM...KING...KITSAP...LEWIS...MASON...PIERCE...SNOHOMISH...
   THURSTON.

* PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND. TOTAL
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 10 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO FALL IN THE
  MOUNTAINS. A FLOOD WARNING HAS ALREADY BEEN ISSUED FOR THE
  PUYALLUP RIVER NEAR ORTING AND THERE IS A CHANCE OF FLOODING ON
  OTHER RIVERS.

* THE HEAVY RAIN COULD ALSO RESULT IN MINOR URBAN AND SMALL
  STREAM FLOODING. STORM DRAINS SHOULD BE CHECKED TO ENSURE THEY
  ARE NOT CLOGGED WITH DEBRIS.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR FLOODING BUT
FLOODING IS NOT IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. MONITOR THE LATEST
FORECASTS FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AND BE READY TO ACT
QUICKLY IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR A WARNING IS ISSUED.
