The Puget Sound Partnership’s Leadership Council will meet from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, in the Commencement Bay conference room at the Center for Urban Waters, 326 E. D St., Tacoma.

The Leadership Council will also spend Thursday, July 10, in an all-day council work session to look at strategic priorities and agency work for the next two years.
The Leadership Council is the governing body of the Puget Sound Partnership. These meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to provide comment and learn about the regional effort to restore and protect Puget Sound. The Puget Sound Partnership is the state agency serving as the backbone organization for Puget Sound recovery. The Partnership coordinates the efforts of citizens, governments, tribes, scientists, businesses and nonprofits to set priorities, implement a regional recovery plan, and ensure accountability for results.
