Voters wishing to learn more about the Enumclaw School District's upcoming bond issue are invited to information sessions, including building tours, being planned at six district schools.

From 4 to 7 p.m. on May 8, citizens will be welcomed at Enumclaw High School, Enumclaw Middle School and four elementaries - Kibler, J.J. Smith, Westwood and Black Diamond.

At each building, representatives from Committee to Support the Issues, the citizen committee pushing for bond passage, will explain the scope of work proposed by the district. Questions can also be answered regarding the financial implications the proposal holds. At J.J. Smith, Jon Gores of Seattle Northwest Securities will be on hand to answer financial questions.

The committee also meets every Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and has set special meetings for 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Tuesday. The public is invited to attend any of the sessions.

Information about the bond issue also is available at the committee's Web site, www.4rkids.net
