Fire district announces it will not seek levy lid lift

Black Diamond Community Center hosts political forum

The Black Diamond Community Center will host a forum for the three candidates running for Black Diamond City Council Position No. 4 at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, at the Black Diamond Community Center. The evening is designed to give audience members an opportunity to become acquainted with the candidates before the Aug. 18 primary.

Bob Chasse, Black Diamond Community Center Board President, will serve as moderator. Candidates Paula Koch-Boyd, Jim Kuzaro and William Saas will answer a series of preset questions in addition to fielding questions from the audience.
