The Veterans Memorial Park Advisory Committee will host a public workshop April 13 to solicit ideas for the Veterans’ Memorial Park Master Plan. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Veterans of Foreign Wars hall at 44426th 244th Ave. S.E. in Enumclaw.

The plan will establish goals and objectives for stewardship of the park, along with development criteria and operating guidelines. Meeting attendees will be asked to comment on and recommend changes to the draft master plan developed by the committee.

The Advisory Committee was formed by the City Council Feb. 22 for the purpose of advising the council on stewardship of the Veterans Memorial Park, including the master plan.
