The following is a recipe for a blackberry pie submitted by Leslie Peterson.
– unbaked 9” pie crust
– 4 cups berries (blueberries, blackberries and peaches)
– 2/3 cup sugar
– 4 tablespoons flour
– 1/4 tablespoon salt
– 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
– 1 cup liquid whipping cream
Mix all ingredients except for the berries together.
Place the berries in the pie crust and pour the mixture over the berries.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
