Officers spoke with the reporting party in the department lobby regarding the theft of the motor from his boat. He told officers his boat was parked in his driveway under a carport. He told officers the motor was valued at $2800.

Boat Motor Theft: Officers spoke with the reporting party in the department lobby regarding the theft of the motor from his boat. He told officers his boat was parked in his driveway under a carport. He told officers the motor was valued at $2800. At the time of this report, there was no further information.

Arrest Warrant: Officers on a routine patrol ran the license of the vehicle in front of them traveling down state Route 410. The check showed the registered owner had a Bonney Lake arrest warrant for driving with a suspended license. Officers spoke with the driver and she knew she wasn’t supposed to be driving but was because she had a doctor appointment. Aside from no license, she also did not have proof of insurance. Officers arrested the driver and transported her to the Puyallup jail, she was cited for driving with a suspended license in the third degree and for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Broken Vases: Officers responded to a residence regarding a verbal dispute between a juvenile male and his mom. The juvenile had left the area on his bike before officers arrived. When officers arrived, they spoke with his mom and she walked them through the house to show a number of ceramic statues and vases that had been broken by her son. The male was not located on an area check and this case has been forwarded to the Pierce County Juvenile Prosecutor for review. At the time this was written, there was nothing further.
