Buckley assists | Enumclaw Police Blotter

Enumclaw officers were called at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 15 to assist Buckley police who were attempting to locate an individual wanted on a warrant. The subject was located and taken into custody by Buckley authorities.

SHOPLIFTING: An officer responded shortly before 1 p.m. Sept. 17 to a shoplifting incident at a city grocery store. A suspect admitted to taking items that had been recovered. The individual was to be cited, released and ordered to keep out of the store.

BUCKLEY ASSISTS: Enumclaw officers were called at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 15 to assist Buckley police who were attempting to locate an individual wanted on a warrant. The subject was located and taken into custody by Buckley authorities. A day later, Enumclaw police helped Buckley police with a DUI situation that ended in Enumclaw at the intersection of McDougall Avenue and 244th Avenue Southeast.

SAFE AT HOME: Officers were told at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 15 of a man staggering along Roosevelt Avenue, possibly intoxicated. Police made contact and gave him a ride home.
