SEPTEMBER 21: Police responded at 7:09 p.m. to a Ryan Road address after hearing of threats being made. Earlier in the day, officers were called to the scene of a pair of traffic accidents, one on River Avenue and one at the intersection of SR 410 and Mason Avenue.
SEPTEMBER 22: Most of the focus was on local roads, as police responded to a noninjury accident at SR 410 and Jefferson Avenue and made 30 traffic stops.
