Burglary in progress: Officers responded to a residential burglary after a minor from the residence went to his neighbor’s house to call 911. The minor was home alone when he said he heard the sound of the house door open and close. He saw two subjects dressed in black heading for the top of the stairs, where he was positioned. He then hid under his bed as the two subjects, one male and one female, searched the upstairs of the residence. When the subjects left, the minor left the bed and watched a vehicle drive away. No items were reported missing, although a witness saw the car leave the scene.
