Police made contact at 1:40 a.m. June 27 with a city grocery store after learning a counterfeit $10 bill had been passed. The bill was taken and to be destroyed. There were no immediate suspects.

NO SALE: Police received three calls June 27 regarding solicitors working the area. Police contacted a manager, explained the prohibition against such selling in the city and were told the sales crew would leave the area.
