Valentine gift givers will learn to make a unique hand-crafted treasure during a free event at 2 p.m. at the Bonney Lake Pierce County Library, 18501 90th St. E., on Saturday, Feb. 9.
Dena Hughes will share how to create a valentine chocolate surprise—a beautiful chocolate box and card—to give to a sweetheart.
