Enumclaw topped the Class 3A district field while White River battled to the top in the 2A ranks. Each won three games Monday at the Sprinker complex in Spanaway.

Enumclaw started with a 10-4 victory over Timberline that assured the squad of a state berth. In following games that determined seeding to state, EHS edged Prairie 5-4 and, for the district championship, swamped Peninsula 14-0.

White River opened with a 10-0 whitewashing of Olympic in a winner-to-state/loser-out contest. That was followed by a 3-0 victory over Port Angeles and a 4-0 win over Fife in the finale.

Kayla Smith pitched all three shutouts for White River and Brooklyn Isaacs smacked a grand slam in the title game, accounting for all the runs.
