The Sumner leg will run eastbound from Kincaid Avenue through historic downtown Main Street.

The National Weather Service forecast predicts an 80 percent chance of showers and a high temperature of 49 degrees. It may be too much to ask for no rain on this parade, but an umbrella and warm coat can at least ensure the parade won’t rain on you.
