Friends of the Danish Hall will present an aebleskiver and bake sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The event will be at the Danish Hall, 1708 Porter St. in Enumclaw.

The menu includes aebleskiver, sausage, applesauce and a beverage.

The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children.

Aebleskiver are a traditional Danish delicacy, thought to have been invented during the time of the Vikings. They are something like pancakes, but distinctive because they are cooked as small, round balls.
