At 16 years old, former Bonney Lake resident Houston Gunn an author, speaker, private money lender and real estate investor.

He has written a book, endorsed by Donald Trump, called “Schooled For Success, How I Plan To Graduate From High School a Millionaire.”

Gunn will hold a book signing at CJ’s Deli from noon until 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3 in Bonney Lake.

For every book sold, $1 will be donated to the Bonney Lake Food Bank.
