Tomorrow marks the annual return of the Get Fit Healthy Living Expo in Bonney Lake. This year, the city and Chamber of Commerce have joined forces for a combined event.

The day begins at 9 a.m. with the “Shirt off Your Back” fun run to benefit the Bonney Lake Lions 4 Kids House.

The event gets fully under way at 10 a.m. with vendors, booths and other activities running all day long until 4 p.m.

Some of the featured fun throughout the day includes a bounce house for the kids, music and entertainment, Turbo Kick demonstrations, Mr. Q’s Taekwondo, Tahitian dance demonstrations, Zumba demonstrations, raffles, games, and even the Bonney Lake High School cheer team.
