Master Gardeners to host two more summer events | Pierce County

Two events remain for the summer sponsored by The Master Gardeners of Pierce County.

The events are free and are scheduled for August 23 and Sept. 6.

On August 23, the event Scarecrows will allow those who come to make scarecrows for their yard. All materials needed are provided.

This event starts at 1 p.m. and will take place at the Demonstration Garden located at 2607 West Pioneer Way in Puyallup.

The second event is titled Treasures of the Garden and will take place at the same location.
