For years, Mutual of Enumclaw has helped community nonprofit organizations that provide services to meet the population’s basic needs. Now, with those needs growing in its communities, the Enumclaw-based insurance company is letting organizations know it’s here to help.

According to Mutual of Enumclaw Executive Assistant Shawn Christiansen, the company has seen an increase in the financial support it provides to charitable organizations.

The Public Service Advisory Committee awards donations to 501(c)3 organizations that effectively and efficiently improve communities. Some of those organizations include food banks and domestic violence shelter and assistance providers. Organizations should be geared toward turning financial contributions into community support.

The committee considers all requests for financial support from organizations whose purpose is consistent with the outreach goals of Mutual of Enumclaw.

Mutual of Enumclaw serves communities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.
