Officers responded the morning of June 19 to a report of someone setting up a camp on private property on Roosevelt Avenue. The individual was advised it was not public property and she agreed to leave. She had not departed by the following day and was formally trespassed from the property. When she returned for a third day, she was given one hour to remove her belongings and depart.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Police responded the morning of June 17 to a Kibler Avenue address after taking a call regarding a domestic dispute. The situation ended with a man being arrested for assault.

JUNE 20: A vandalism report, a commercial burglar alarm, trouble with a juvenile on River Avenue and a client walking away from Rainier School were among the daily reports. Additionally, police assisted Orting authorities with a fight.

JUNE 19: Police twice dealt with impaired drivers, the first at 1:07 p.m. at SR 410 and Mundy Loss Road and another at 3:53 p.m. on River Avenue. Other calls involved a hit-and-run incident on Norma Street, a theft from a vehicle on Naches Street and a minor in possession of alcohol on River Avenue.
