City Councils

• Buckley City Council meets at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesdays at the Multi-Purpose Center, 811 Main St. The next meeting is Feb. 24. For more information, call 360-829-1921.

• Enumclaw City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. the second and fourth Mondays of each month, and has a scheduled study session the first Monday of each month. The next meeting is Feb. 23 at City Hall, 1339 Griffin Ave. For more information call 360-802-0226.

• Black Diamond City Council meets at 7 p.m. the first three Thursdays of each month at City Hall, 25510 Lawson St. For more information call 360-886-2560.

• The Civil Service Commission meets at 4 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month in City Hall.

• The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. the fourth Thursday of each month in City Hall.

Taxing district was independent, now part of city government
